I was just going to say when there are no pictures of the inside that means it’s bulldozer time. Or I’ve seen people demo everything but 2 walls, then rebuild, I guess in some areas that is a loophole where you get around needing permits for new construction, it’s just a massive remodel.

The sad thing is that’s about how much our house is valued at in this craphorse town… and we have a decent house in one of this town’s few really nice neighborhoods.

We have that here.
It’s illegal to build a new wood burning fireplace in California, so I once saw a house torn down completely except for the wall with the fireplace, and then the new house built around that wall. I’m not even sure you can do that anymore.
